Malling Utilities Ltd is the data controller for the personal information you provide through this website.

What we collect: your name, your phone number or email, and the details of your enquiry — including the location and nature of the work. We only collect what we need to respond and carry out the job.

How we use it: solely to respond to your enquiry, give you a quote and arrange the work. We never sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.

Who handles your enquiry: the contact form is delivered to us by Brambla (operated by SDB Digital Ltd, the company that built and maintains this website), acting as our processor. Your enquiry is emailed to us and stored securely so we can reply. It is kept for as long as we need it to handle your enquiry and any resulting work, then deleted.

Site analytics

We use a privacy-first analytics tool called Brambla (operated by SDB Digital Ltd) to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.

What we collect:

• The pages you visit on this site
• How far you scroll on each page
• How long you stay
• When you click on or fill in our contact form (but not the contents of what you type before submitting)
• Your device type, browser and operating system
• The website that referred you here, if any
• Your country (derived from anonymous request data — never your exact location)

What we don’t collect:

• Your name, email, IP address (beyond temporary use for spam protection), or any other personally identifying information
• Cookies — none are set
• Tracking across other websites — we only see activity on this site

How we use it: to understand which pages are useful and which need improvement, to detect and block spam form submissions, and to send anonymous performance reports to us as the website owner.

Sharing & retention: data is stored on UK/EU servers (Supabase) and is accessible only to Brambla / SDB Digital Ltd and us. We do not sell or share it with advertising networks. Records are retained for up to 24 months, then deleted.

Your choice: because the analytics use no cookies and no personal identifiers, there is nothing personal to delete on request. To prevent your activity being recorded at all, browse in your browser’s private/incognito mode, or use a tracker-blocking extension that blocks the script track.js from brambla.co.uk.
